Step 1: Do not overlook inventory donations in the category of by-products.
These could include any leftover products from manufacturing or production processes in industry. Such items include: plastic regrind, mineral ores, fabric scraps and end-cuts or miscuts from products ranging from food to metal fabrication. These are valuable because they are typically repeating-type inventory problems of your business friends.

Step 2: Indentify companies that are downsizing or upgrading their facilities.
When companies shut down a division, office or entire factory, potential inventory donations can be found. These generate used computers, displaced equipment and tools, as well as office systems and furniture.

Step 3:  Consumer category items from manufacturers, wholesalers or retailers are the best finds for quick conversion to cash at the highest possible value. 
This will require that you contact your friends in these businesses well ahead of their normally planned liquidations. You would simply ask them to divert a percentage of their normal liquidation lots, with the provision that AdTech will work with them to take the donated inventory into markets outside of their primary market place.
